Mansukh Hiren's wife Vimala has made shocking revelations in the death of her husband, owner of a Scorpio car found outside ‘Antilia’, home of industrialist Mukesh Ambani in South Mumbai.

Vimala Hiren in her complaint said, Sachin Vaze wanted Mansukh to become an accused in the Mansukh Scorpio case. He told Mansukh that he would later get him released on bail.

The ATS has seized all the investigation documents from the Mumbra police station and started further investigation.

Accordingly, on March 7, the ATS filed a murder case against unidentified persons under IPC 302, 201 and 120 (B) as Vimala Hiren, wife of Mansukh, suspected that her husband was killed.
According to the information received, injuries were found on Hiren's face and it is clear from the autopsy report that his body was in the water for 10-12 hours.

Hiren’s wife said "On February 5, Vaze sent the car to our shop with a complaint of stiff steering. On February 17, Hiren left for Mumbai in the car. However, the steering jammed and he parked the car near Mulund toll plaza. The next day, the car could not be found," she said.

She said that Hiren filed a complaint with the Vikhroli police. "On February 25, when the Scorpio was found near Ambani's residence, the ATS Vikhroli unit questioned my husband. My husband identified the car and also informed them about the theft complaint and showed copy of the FIR," Vimala said.

She also mentioned that her husband was with Vaze, known as an 'encounter specialist', on February 27, 28 and March 2. "On March 2, Hiren informed me that, as asked by Vaze, he submitted a complaint about harassment by police and media to the Chief Minister, Home Minister and Police Commissioner of Thane and Mumbai. However, when I asked my husband whether he was tortured by cops, he denied," she said in her complaint.

Hiran's wife also claimed in her statement that her husband told her that Vaze had asked him to get himself arrested and he would ensure his bail in a few days. "On March 4, Mansukh told me to speak to a lawyer for anticipatory bail as he might be arrested. But, the lawyer said anticipatory bail will not be accepted as Mansukh is not an accused," Vimala said.
