Raj Thackeray calls her teacher who sent SOS to CM after Cyclone Tauktae

The strong winds and intense rainfall when Cyclone Tauktae made a landfall affected the west coast. It caused a lot of damage near the beach. An old age home in Vasai was also hit by the storm. An elderly citizen was also injured when a window door on the first floor of the New Life Foundation collapsed. Suman Laxmikant Ranadive (88) was a teacher of Mathematics and Science at Balmohan Vidya Mandir in Dadar. She retired in 1991. She has been living in the New Life Foundation's old age home in Vasai for the last one year. According to the English newspaper 'Mid Day', the New Life Foundation's old age home is in a dilapidated condition and the elderly are suffering due to inadequate facilities.

Suman Ranadive wrote to Chief Minister and asked for help.
