Sushant Singh Rajput death case: CBI finds technical lapses in Mumbai police’s investigation

In the recent development, it has come out that the CBI has found procedural lapses in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case investigation conducted by the Mumbai Police. 

According to a report on Times Now, the Mumbai police totally messed up the probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. 

As per the reports, Sushant's body wasn’t handled properly by the investigating team and the crime scene sanctity was also compromised which have been termed as the procedural lapses. 

Regarding the same Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh was questioned about these procedural lapses, he replied saying, “no comments.”

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday started questioning Sushant's chartered accountant Sandeep Sridhar, accountant Rajat Mewati along with his flatmate Siddharth Pithani and cook Neeraj Singh.
