Sushant Singh Rajput death: Suspend Mumbai police commissioner Parambir Singh & DCM Trimukhe, BJP MLA writes to PM Modi

Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Atul Bhatkhalkar on Wednesday wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting him to invoke article 311 of Constitution to dismiss Mumbai police commissioner Parambir Singh and DCM Trimukhe who are derailing, misleading the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput case.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh has filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, levelling serious allegations against the actor and her family.

After this everyday there is some new angle emerging in the actor's death case. The CBI is investigating the case. On Wednesday the Narcotics Control Bureau registered an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and others after reports emerged that drugs were supplied to her and the late actor.

However, the police investigation led by Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh and Abhishek Trimukhe have not made any progress and this has delayed justice.

In his letter to PM Modi he also mentioned that,"The incident of quarantining IPS cadre officer from Patna who had apporached Mumbai Police for assistance with all earnest coupled with the dubious telephonic contacts between an actress whose name is figuring as a suspect and an IPS cadre officer of Mumbai Police clearly establish that Mr. Parambir Singh was keen in getting someone a clean chit by creating media hype by misusing his position."

Further the letter said,"The inquiry officer of this case Abhishek Trimukhe lso acted suspicious during this period, he was in touch with Rhea who is one of the prime suspect of the case."
