Veteran actor Avinash Kharshikar dies of heart attack

Veteran actor Avinash Kharshikar died of a heart attack on Thursday morning. He was 68 years old. He breathed his last at his residence in Thane. He was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Thane for the past few days.

Avinash Kharshikar had worked in films, serials and theater. Many of his plays were super hit.

Avinash Kharshikar started his film career in 1978 with the film Bandiwan Mi Ya Sansari.
