Kalkaji Assembly Constituency 

The Kalkaji Assembly Constituency of NCT OF DELHI state is currently held by Avtar Singh Kalkaji of AAP. In the 2015 NCT OF DELHI Assembly Elections, he beat Harmeet Singh Kalka of BJP. Avtar Singh Kalkaji got 51.72 percent of the votes.In the 2020 Delhi Assembly election, the key candidates in the Kalkaji constituency are Atishi of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Dharamvir Singh of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Shivani Chopra Advocate of the Indian National Congress. The constituency has a diverse mix of population with a sizeable number of Punjabi refugees, Purvanchalis, slum and JJ (jhuggi jhopdi) dwellers residing under it. 

Sangham Vihar Assembly Constituency 

The constituency is part of the South Delhi Lok Sabha constituency which will go to the polls on the 8th of February. Sangham Vihar is currently held by Dinesh Mohaniya of AAP and in the 2015 elections he defeated Shiv Charan Lal Gupta of BJP. In the 2020 Delhi Assembly election, the key candidates in the Sangam Vihar constituency are Dinesh Mohaniya of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), S C L Gupta of the Janata Dal (United) and Poonam Azad of the Indian National Congress. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has not fielded a candidate in this constituency under an alliance arrangement with the JD(U). The constituency lacks several basic civic amenities like sewage lines, water and electricity.

Madipur Assembly Constituency 

The Madipur (SC) Assembly Constituency of NCT OF DELHI state is currently held by Girish Soni of AAP. In the 2015 NCT OF DELHI Assembly Elections, he beat Raj Kumar of BJP. Girish Soni got 57.24 percent of the votes.In the 2020 Delhi Assembly election, the key candidates in the Madipur constituency are Girish Soni of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Kailash Sankhla of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Jai Prakash Panwar of the Indian National Congress. Madipur assembly constituency is part of West Delhi Lok Sabha constituency. The place has a large area of working -class population. 

Chandni Chowk Assembly Constituency 

Chandni Chowk is one of the smallest constituencies in the National Capital in terms of electorate but is one of the most important constituencies in Delhi. The Chandni Chowk Assembly Constituency of NCT OF DELHI state is currently held by Alka Lamba of AAP. In the 2015 NCT OF DELHI Assembly Elections, she beat Suman Kumar Gupta of BJP. Alka Lamba got 49. 35 percent of votes. In the 2020 Delhi Assembly election, the key candidates in the Chandni Chowk constituency are Parlad Singh Sawhney of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Suman Kumar Gupta of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Alka Lamba of the Indian National Congress. One of the busiest and and oldest markets in the city 40 percent of the population is of Muslim. 

Rajinder Nagar Assembly Constituency

The Rajinder Nagar Assembly Constituency of NCT OF DELHI state is currently held by Vijender Garg Vijay of AAP. In the 2015 NCT OF DELHI Assembly Elections, he beat Rp Singh of BJP. Vijender Garg Vijay got 53.39 percent of the votes.In the 2020 Delhi Assembly election, the key candidates in the Rajinder Nagar constituency are Raghav Chadha of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), R P Singh of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Rocky Tuseed of the Indian National Congress. Largely an upper-middle-class locality, Rajinder Nagar is dominated by Punjabis as thousands of displaced families were settled in this area after the Partition. Rajinder Nagar also has a significant population of SC and OBC voters. SCs and OBCs together form at least 40 percent of the population in the constituency
 

Shakur Basti Assembly Constituency 

The Shakur Basti Assembly constituency, situated in north Delhi, will see Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) minister Satyendar Jain take on his BJP and Congress rivals in the election scheduled for 8 February. The constituency is currently held by Satyendar Jain of AAP. In the 2015 NCT OF DELHI Assembly Elections, he beat Sc Vats of BJP. Satyendar Jain got 48.67 percent of the votes. The Shakur Basti assembly constituency in Delhi is home to slum clusters and diverse demography. The constituency is part of Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha seat, bagged by the BJP in the 2019 general elections. In the 2020 Delhi Assembly election, the key candidates in the Shakur Basti constituency are Satyendar Jain of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), S C Vats of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Dev Raj Arora of the Indian National Congress.

Tri Nagar Assembly Constituency 

Tri Nagar Assembly constituency, which forms a part of the Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha constituency, will be electing its new representative on 8 February. The residents of Tri Nagar have been facing issues due to untidy roads, stray animals, and lack of parking space. The Tri Nagar Assembly Constituency of NCT OF DELHI state is currently held by Jitender Singh Tomar of AAP. In the 2015 NCT OF DELHI Assembly Elections, he beat Nand Kishore Garg of BJP. Jitender Singh Tomar got 55.7 percent of the votes.In the 2020 Delhi Assembly election, the key candidates in the Tri Nagar constituency are Preeti Tomar of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Tilak Ram Gupta of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Kamal Kant Sharma of the Indian National Congress. Brahmins and traders form majority of the population here.

Karol Bagh Assembly Constituency 

Karol Bagh Assembly constituency, part of the New Delhi Lok Sabha, will go to polls on 8 February. In the last election, a rebellion within the BJP led to a defeat of the saffron party in the seat it held for nearly two decades, contributing to an easy win for the AAP candidate. This time, too, the battle is primarily between the saffron party and the Kejriwal-led party. While the AAP has renominated the incumbent Vishvesh Ravi for the third time, the BJP has once again reposed its faith in Yogender Chandoliya, who lost the 2015 polls to Ravi. The Congress nominee for the seat is Gaurav Dhanak. The constituency is house to some of the most busiest and famous markets. 

Patel Nagar Assembly Constituency 

The Patel Nagar (SC) Assembly Constituency of NCT OF DELHI state is currently held by Hazari Lal Chauhan of AAP. In the 2015 NCT OF DELHI Assembly Elections, he beat Krishna Tirath of BJP. Hazari Lal Chauhan got 59.05 percent of the votes. In the 2020 Delhi Assembly election, the key candidates in the Patel Nagar constituency are Raaj Kumar Anand of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Pravesh Ratan of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Krishna Tirath of the Indian National Congress.  AAP has changed the candidate this time, replacing sitting MLA Hazari Lal Chauhan with Raj Kumar Anand, who is among the richest candidates this election. Majority of the people here belong to the upper middle class sections of the society.

Moti Nagar Assembly Constituency 

Part of the West Delhi Lok Sabha constituency it is currently held by Shiv Charan Goel of AAP. In the 2015 elections he defeated Subhash Sachdeva of BJP. The Moti Nagar Assembly constituency, twice represented by first Delhi Chief Minister Madan Lal Khurana and considered a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) stronghold, was wrested by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the 2015 polls. In the 2020 Delhi Assembly election, the key candidates in the Moti Nagar constituency are Shiv Charan Goel of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Subhash Sachdeva of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Ramesh Kumar Popli of the Indian National Congress. Sikhs and Punjabi's have a significant presence in the constituency and is traditionally a BJP dominated area.
