But the actor, singer, composer never thought that his song will be loved so much by his fans and was surprised to see the song trending the very next morning. He feels it really makes a difference for him as he is an "independent artiste with no label signed with anyone".

"When I woke up the next day after the song release, I saw it trending on global Apple Music at number three. I was confused because I have never experienced any such thing before. People put in a lot of money to reach this level. But for me, it all happened because of word of mouth and I am so thankful that people have shown so much love," Bam tells life.

"Music is my passion and I'm always humming tunes on the go, in breaks and while working."

About the song, he added: " 'Ajnabee' is a song I wrote imagining a non-toxic love story that was left incomplete due to unavoidable circumstances, but not bitterly. In today's world, almost every relationship ends on a toxic note, and I tried to reimagine it all through this song."

Bam has delivered countless #1 trending YouTube videos. However, each time in front of the camera is a different experience for him, he says.

He recently featured in Pizza Hut's ad campaign across languages, directed by ace ad filmmaker Prahlad Kakkar. In the ad, Bam is seen in a fun and quirky way, grooving on the jingle "Pizza Hut Javenge 99 Mein Khaavenge".

Sharing his experience, Bam said: "It was a three days shoot and a vigorous one. I have never done any such thing before. There was a lot of new things I did in terms of performing stunts and jumping off from places. I almost felt like I was a part of "Khatron Ke Khiladi". The scariest part for me was dancing because I don't know how to dance but still I pulled it off. But these have been probably the best three days of my life.

"Prahlad is a veteran director and one always gets nervous while shooting with him. Because every time I have recorded my own self without any crew or anything."(Puja Gupta can be contacted at puja.g@.in)
