Maruti Suzuki to hike prices of model range from Apr 2023

Maruti Suzuki India's vehicle prices are set to increase from April. The company said on Thursday that it is having to raise prices to partially mitigate the effects of regulatory requirements and inflation.
However, the company did not say how much the price increase would be. Maruti Suzuki India said in a disclosure to the stock markets that it continues to face pressure from headline inflation and regulatory requirements.
The company is making every possible effort to reduce the cost but it is forced to pass some of the burden of price increase on the customers.
The company said that the prices of the vehicles will be increased from April 2023 and the price increase will be different for different models.
Earlier, many companies including Honda Cars, Tata Motors and Hero MotoCorp have announced to increase the prices of vehicles from April.
