Arjun Kapoor’s sister Anshula Kapoor recalls of not seeing any kind of beauty in herself

Little has been heard about Anshula Kapoor, the younger sister of Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor. Anshula has always been away from the film industry. But she is currently in discussion on social media due to her personal life.

Anshula's changed look is currently attracting the attention of netizens. Earlier, she was overweight and felt low in self-confidence. But now Anshu has become very glamorous from her photos.

Anshu was suffering from a serious illness for some time. She was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome at the age of 14. Due to this, her weight increased excessively. She took Instagram to share a couple of her pictures in which she opened up about the time when she was “unable to see any kind of beauty” in herself.

Along with the photos, Anushula also wrote a long note about grappling with body image issues. She wrote, “These images have been sitting in my drafts for weeks, but I don’t know what it is about tonight that’s given me the courage to post it rather than delete the draft. So here goes. I’ve spent more than half of my life being unable to see any kind of beauty in who I am or what I look like.”

Anshula wrote in the post, 'Why do we fail to see ourselves in a good light? We give more importance to external beauty and do not see how clean the mind is. Instead of looking at positive things, we lean towards negativity.'

"I’ve spent more than half of my life being unable to see any kind of beauty in who I am or what I look like. Whether it was the curls that I called unmanageable & frizzy, or the shoulders that were covered in stretch marks, or the arms that were too big to be bare, the upper lip that was so much thinner than the bottom lip, or the chins that were always doubling and tripling." Anshu has been a victim of body shaming many times. But now she has completely changed herself and has gained confidence. She has also lost a lot of weight. Sister Sonam Kapoor endorsed her post.

Anshula is currently in the limelight for her pictures with her boyfriend. Netizens have attracted the attention of the two by seeing their open love. Her boyfriend Rohan Thakkar is a writer. Also, he has previously worked as a marketing executive and copywriter.
