Deepika Padukone completes 15 years in Bollywood- Throwback of her Journey

Deepika's first film was not Om Shanti Om but 'Aishwarya'. In the year 2006, she made her debut in the film industry with a Kannada film directed by Indrajit Lankesh.

Deepika appeared in music videos before debuting in Bollywood. She acted in composer Himesh Reshammiya's album Naam Hai Tera.

Deepika's father Prakash Padukone is a badminton champion. But Deepika has also played badminton at the national level. She recently posted a video of her practicing badminton with PV Sindhu on social media.

Deepika has endorsed more than 27 brands in her career. Interestingly, not only Indian but also international brands have announced Deepika as their ambassador. In it, Deepika is the first Indian to wear the recently announced French fashion brand Louis Vuitton.

Deepika made a name for herself in the modeling field before entering the acting field. In 2005, she bagged the title of Kingfisher Model of the Year. In the same year, she also made her debut in the fashion industry. Walked the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week for designer Sumeet Verma.
