The actor's mother is a housewife, while his father is a bus driver. Even after the boy's success in the village.

A few days ago, Yash shared a glimpse of his village in which the actor's father was seen driving a tractor. Talking about Yash's education, he wanted to leave school after 10th standard. However, he pursued further education as his parents told him.

During an interview, Yash said, 'I always wanted to be an actor. I wanted to be a superstar since childhood. During school days I used to participate in dance competitions and act. To participate in the cultural festival. But then I didn't know what stardom was.

'I was just chasing my dream and I had complete faith in my dream and in myself.' Says Yash, 'My parents didn't want me to become an actor. My parents wanted me to complete my studies first but learn acting skills.

'After pre-university studies, I felt that I was ready to be a hero. And then I went against my parents.' Yash says, 'At that time, I came to Bangalore with Rs 300 in my pocket with the desire to become a superstar.

'I'm glad I joined theatre, it gave me a different perspective on acting. Then I knew that if I went back, my parents wouldn't let me come back here.'

The actor says, 'Later I joined the Benaka drama group and worked as a backstage worker on a salary of Rs.50. During this time, I did a lot of production related work from serving tea and learned a lot there. However, soon, Yash became a backup actor.

Yash continues, 'I never wanted to work on TV. I thought I would be an instant hero. But life teaches you new lessons every moment. Later my family also came to Bangalore. I had to earn money for them, theater was not earning much.

'I used to give part of my earnings to the family and use part to buy my clothes and other things. Meanwhile, I started getting film offers and that's where my journey started.' Today Yash owns properties worth crores and lives a luxurious life.

The actor said, "But, everywhere I met somebody who helped me. I joined a theatre group and started working backstage. Eventually, I started practising for other roles as well. I became a backup actor - if some actor was ill or not available, I used to perform his part.

And the rest is history. Yash is not just an actor now. He is a star - the one he set out to be.
