MS Dhoni The Untold Story is one of the most successful biopics in Bollywood featuring Sushant Singh Rajput, Kiara Advani and Disha Patani among others. Helmed by Neeraj Pandey, the movie chronicles MS Dhoni’s journey from being a young kid discovering his love for cricket, his job as ticket collector at a railway station to the ups and downs in his personal life and career. According to a Quint report from 2016, the cricketer got a whopping ₹45 crores for giving access to his personal information for the biopic.

Milkha Singh charged ₹1 for Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, a biopic made on his life that features Farhan Akhtar and Sonam Kapoor Ahuja among others as per a Hindustan Times report. According to the Times of India, Sonam Kapoor charged only ₹11 for the role.
