Tridha Choudhury is an Indian actress who predominantly appears in Bengali and Telugu films.

She also won the title, Calcutta Times Fresh Face 2011. She made her movie debut in Mishawr Rawhoshyo in 2013, directed by Srijit Mukherji, and her television debut in the Star Plus series Dahleez.

She has also worked in web series like Spotlight, Bandish Bandits, and the MX Player original web series Aashram. Her popularity has sought the heights after Ashram.

Her bold personality in the web series Ashram was the centre of attraction even in Indian attire Saree, she managed to give these hot incense scenes.

In an interview, while shooting for a web series ashram she said "I enjoy working in the OTT space more than TV because the small screen is a lot more demanding in terms of the number of hours you have to put in. Also, I feel I am not cut out for it."

After being asked about her personal life Trinda said "If I plan to be in a relationship now, it will be unfair to my partner, given my busy schedule. So right now, I have decided to just enjoy my youth, travel, work, and live a happy life. I want to settle down someday but not so soon."

She was dating her co-actor Harshad Arora but after a few months they had apart their ways Talking about that, she said, "Harshad was my co-actor in Dahleez and we were dating at that time. We wanted to explore a future together but destiny had other plans. We both soon realized our journeys were different. After Dahleez ended, I moved on to doing web shows and Harshad got busy with his life and work projects. We do have many common friends, so I keep inquiring about him. He is a very sweet guy. But, there was no future and I heard he is dating someone and I am happy for him."

Choudhury is Calcutta, a West Bengal girl, She studied at M.P.Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School and attended Scottish Church College in Kolkata.

Not only in movies but Trinda also sets a mark in web series. Choudhury was also ranked in The Times Of India's "Most Desirable Women List" at No. 13 in 2020.
