Frequent urination, tiredness despite adequate sleep, frequent hunger pangs, weight loss, loss of vision and blurred vision, slow healing of wounds are the main symptoms of diabetes. With proper lifestyle, balanced diet and regular exercise, we can reduce the risk of many diseases

Diabetes is also caused by genetics, so it is sometimes difficult to prevent, but we can reduce the risk by taking precautions. Even walking for half an hour every day reduces the risk of diabetes.
