Some people drink too much cold water to keep themselves cool while some people bathe with cold water three times a day. here are some tips to keep your body cool in summer days.

Eat less fried foods - Eat less fried or roasted foods in summer. Eating more junk food or fried foods increases the body temperature and makes you feel hot. Therefore, such foods should be avoided. In the summer vegetarian diets help keep you cool
