Deepika Mehta International is a star. Deepika has worked with Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra as a fitness trainer. Deepika had trained Priyanka for the movie 'Don'. Deepika is also popular on social media as a hot yoga teacher on social media.

Deepika is very famous for her yoga training. She was made the face for Elle India's fitness campaign in 2015.

In 1997 Deepika Mehta had a tragic rock climbing accident, that had doctors tell her that she will never walk again.

Deepika did not give up, as she sought alternative approaches to heal and found Yoga.

Deepika Mehta then started practicing Pranayam and meditation and eventually dove deep into the chasm of education and practice; seeking alternative healing techniques

Deepika Mehta initially went to Sivananda Yoga Kendra in Kerala, where she did her Teacher Training

Deepika Mehta then moved to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga and met her Guru, Shri K Pattabhi Jois in 2002.

Deepika Mehta has travelled to various parts of the world and has studied with various masters like Richard Freeman, Dena Kingsberg, Prem Carlisi, Lino Miele, and Rolf Naujokat.

Deepika Mehta also has her own Television show called Yoga City.

Deepika Mehta has also trained some of India’s most famous celebrities such as Aishwarya Rai - Dhoom 2, Priyanka Chopra for Don, Bipasha Basu - Doom 2, Deepika Padulone, Preity Zinta, Vidya Balan, Avanti and Yash Birta, Lisa Haydon, Jacqueline Fernandez, Alia Bhatt, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Anupama Chopra, Neha Dhupia and Nimrat Kaur.

Deepika Mehta has also been featured as one of the three women redefining beauty ideals in India in Vogue magazine 2014.
