The number of electric cars in the Indian automobile market is increasing rapidly. While domestic companies like Tata Motors and Mahindra are expanding their portfolio of electric vehicles, on the other hand many foreign brands are also entering India with EVs.

If you love motor sports, then you know about the French company Ligier. The brand was also associated with the famous Le Mans race and Formula-One race in the seventies. This brand is famous for manufacturing small cars.

The Ligier Myli comes in four variants in the European market. These include Good, Ideal, Epic and Rebel. The length of the car is only 2960mm, making it even shorter than Tata Motors' Nano introduced in the Indian market

In the global market, this car comes with three different battery packs. These include 4.14 kWh, 8.28 kWh and 12.42 kWh. The smallest battery pack variant of the car offers a driving range of up to 63 km, Middle 123 km and High 192 km.

Recently MG Motors launched its second electric car in the Indian market, the MG Comet EV, priced at Rs. 7.98 lakhs starts. The Ligier Myli will compete with the MG Comet when it comes to the Indian market.
