Mumbai: Chairman of Welspun Group buys India's biggest residential property deal penthouse worth Rs 240 crore

A luxurious penthouse in a building in Mumbai's Worli has been sold for a record price. This penthouse has been sold for as much as 240 crores. It is said to be the most expensive deal in India.

Welspun Group Chairman B. K. Goenka has bought this penthouse in the luxurious Three Sixty West project located on Ann Besant Road in Worli. The penthouse is located on the 63rd, 64th and 65th floors of the 'B' tower in 'Three Sixty West', sources said.

The penthouse is spread over 30,000 square feet and the transaction was reported two days ago by The Times of India. The report also said that this is the most expensive apartment ever sold in India.

Industrialist B. K. Although Goenka has bought a penthouse in the Three Sixty West project for 240 crores, it is estimated that the penthouse will be purchased in this project at an even higher price in the coming years.

In this project, a penthouse in the second wing has been purchased and it has been bought by builder Vikas Oberoi for 240 crores. This is the project of Builder Oberoi.
