Narayan Rane vs Shivsena: Shiv Sena new aggressive face, young Varun Sardesai leadership

Shiv Sainiks across the state took an angry stance after Union Minister Narayan Rane made an offensive statement about Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. Shiv Sainiks took to the streets at various places. Shiv Sainiks broke into BJP offices out of anger against Rane.

The struggle of Shiv Sainiks against Narayan Rane is not new. But for the first time since coming to power, we saw the aggressive face of Shiv Sena. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray is the party chief of Shiv Sena before the Chief Minister. Shiv Sainiks expressed the feeling that they will not tolerate anything spoken against him.

The participation of Yuvasena activists along with Shiv Sainiks in this protest against Rane was seen in large numbers. Yuvasena was established by Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray at Shivteertha. Environment Minister Aditya Thackeray is in charge of this youth wing.

But the other face of Yuvasena is Secretary Varun Sardesai Rane's leadership which has come to the fore against the backdrop of the struggle. Varun Sardesai has raised an army of youth activists across the state through the Youth Sena Dialogue Mela.

There was talk that Varun Sardesai would take over the reins of the youth wing. In addition, on the controversy of Narayan Rane, Varun Sardesai's aggressive leadership came to the fore. Yuvasena marched directly on Narayan Rane's bungalow in Juhu.

The morcha led by Varun Sardesai was successful. Due to this, Shiv Sena has got a new aggressive leadership in the form of Varun Sardesai. Varun Sardesai worked to take over the Narayan Rane family in the agitation in Juhu, so there is no doubt that Varun Sardesai will come forward as the face of Shiv Sena in the near future.

Sardesai is a maternal cousin of Yuva Sena chief and Maharashtra cabinet minister Aaditya Thackeray.Varun Sardesai is the secretary of Shiv Sena's Yuvasena. Varun also has the responsibility of Shiv Sena's IT cell. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering.

Varun Sardesai was the first to publicly demand that Aditya Thackeray contest the Assembly elections. Varun Sardesai was the Shiv Sena's star campaigner during the Lok Sabha elections. Varun Sardesai was instrumental in planning Aditya Thackeray's Jan Ashirwad Yatra.

BJP MLA Nitesh Rane has alleged that suspended Mumbai Police inspector Sachin Vaze and Aaditya Thackeray's cousin Varun Sardesai were involved in an IPL extortion racket.

"IPL was started for youth but then betting started. Vaze had called these people who were betting just before the matches. These people would obviously be afraid. He used to tell them if you don't want to get arrested then give us Rs 1.5 crores. Either give it in full or I will raid you," Rane said.
