Kamlesh Ghumre, or Jugaadu Kamlesh, who became famous by 'Shark Tank India', is a resident of Malegaon in Maharashtra. Kamlesh Ghumre, while living in the village, noticed that it was difficult for farmers to drive tractors during the rainy season. Seeing the farmers' problems, Kamlesh discovered jugaad and built a tractor with a cabin.
After this, he realised that he was having difficulty sowing seeds in the field, and he made a machine for the same. Kamlesh had no business plan. But in the case of Jugaad, his mind ran like a superfast train. Taking advantage of this, he reached the stage of Shark Tank India.
On the stage of 'Shark Tank India', Jugaadu Kamlesh placed his idea in front of the sharks, i.e., the judges. Talking to sharks, Kamlesh said that he needs those who show the way. Piyush Bansal, one of the sharks, liked Kamlesh's idea and gave him the opportunity to move forward.
Piyush Bansal gave Jugaadu Kamlesh 40 per cent equity and a loan of Rs 20 lakh in exchange for Rs 10 lakh. Jugaadu Kamlesh also accepted an offer from Piyush Bansal of Lenskart.
Now you must have wondered what Jugaadu Kamlesh is doing. With the help of Piyush Bansal, Jugaadu Kamlesh is these days focusing on his business ideas with his friend Naru. Apart from this, he has also made a new invention, of 'Bharat K2' for the farmers. Jugaadu Kamlesh has also created a third version of the machine for spraying pesticides in the field. This machine is capable of working in all types of agriculture.
Jugaadu Kamlesh also shared a YouTube video in which he is telling Piyush Bansal about his product. Jugaadu Kamlesh says that he will first give 2000 machines to the farmers. If the results are positive, it will be released to the public.
