The law says, in any case, there should be at least two arbitrators during raids or recovery. However, when a tribunal makes serious allegations against the agency, a new dilemma arises.

The same has happened with Shah Rukh Khan's son. Aryan Khan was arrested during a drug party on a Cardilla cruise. No drugs were found in Aryan Khan. His lawyers claim the NCB took him into custody before he even reached the cruise.

The NCB's umpires have made a big sensational claim on Sunday. An arbitrator named Prabhakar filed an affidavit in the court stating that the NCB had signed the affidavit, which he did not sign on the cruise on October 2, nor outside.

Ten blank papers were signed by him at the NCB headquarters. He also alleged that a deal of Rs 25 crore was struck in the case. He claimed to have heard NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede talking on the phone about giving Rs 8 crore out of this.

Sameer Wankhede has been accused of embezzling money. This raises the question of whether Maharashtra Police can file an FIR against Sameer Wankhede. Ramesh Mahale, chief investigating officer of the 26/11 terror attack, told NBT that an affidavit had been filed.

Former IPS officer and lawyer YP Singh has a different view than Mahal. As the NCB is under the control of the Central Government, the Central Government will investigate it through the Central Investigation Agency.

But it is not easy for the CBI to investigate the case. This is because the Maharashtra government had barred the CBI from taking direct action in the bogus TRP case. The CBI will now have to seek the permission of the state government. Which is difficult for the state government to give.

Mahale says that if I was Aryan Khan's lawyer, I would have cut the signatures in the video released by Prabhakar Sail and asked the investigating officer directly. When your own punch is saying this, then how is it true that drugs were seized from a cruise on October 2?

According to Mahale and Singh, there were so many high-profile cases, then government employees should have been made judges instead of private judges. The private punch has just turned up and his video has gone public.

The tribunal has also run in court. This has not made the Aryan Khan case and the trial easier for the NCB, they said. Aryan Khan's bail will now be heard in the High Court. These allegations are likely to have an impact on this as well.
