Today India is observing its 50th Navy Day on 4 December 2021. Since 1971 India is celebrating Navy Day to recognise the achievement and roles of Indian Navy. 4 December is chosen as a Navy Day because Indian Navy sank four Pakistani vessels including PNS Khaibar, killing hundreds of Pakistani Navy personnel during the during Operation Trident. India is blessed to have such a powerful Navy force and several movies are also made in the country to determine the achievements and roles of Navy in Indian society. Let's have a look on it.
