Railway Recruitment 2021: RRB Railway jobs for 10th 12th pass; check eligibility selection process

Southern Railway will be recruiting for 3,378 posts. Candidates will be able to submit applications till June 30, 2021. Candidates who have passed 10th and 12th class can apply for this job. A total of 3,378 posts including 936 posts at Carriage Works Perambur, 756 posts at Golden Rock Workshop and 1686 posts at Signal and Telecom Workshops will be filled.

Candidates applying for the post of Fitter, Painter and Welder are required to pass any recognized board examination in class 10th with at least 50% marks.

In order to apply for the post of Medical Lab Technician (Radiology, Pathology and Cardiology), a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is required along with Class XII examination. In addition, ITI course is required to be passed in the trade department affiliated to any recognized institute.

Interested candidates are required to be at least 15 years of age and candidates who have not yet appeared for Fresher or ITI, MLT examinations will not be able to apply if they are above 22 or 24 years of age respectively.

Candidates in the open category will have to pay a fee of Rs. 100 for the application. SC, ST, PWBD and women candidates will not have to pay any fee.

Candidates in ex-ITI category will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in 10th and ITI. The selection for the post of MLT will be based on the marks obtained in the 12th examination.
