New Delhi: The number of women on the board of directors of major companies in the country is increasing. However, the proportion of women employees is increasing faster than that. Which company has maximum number of female employees in the country? So the answer is Tata Consultancy Limited.
In terms of percentage, Page Industries employs the most women. However, Tata's TCS figures are bigger in numbers. Page Industries has given employment to 22 thousand 631 women.

When it comes to the proportion of female employees, Page Industries has the highest 74 percent female workforce. Then Motherson Sumi Systems has 41 percent women employees.
