Turkey Syria Earthquake: The death toll in the earthquake in Turkey and Syria has crossed 23,000. Now a new controversy has started. Social media has been abuzz with talk of the US triggering the devastating earthquake in Turkey. The US is said to have done this using its advanced climate technology. The American research center HAARP (High Frequency Active Oraural Research Program) is being blamed.

Some videos have also been posted on social media, showing lightning strikes during the earthquake. That being said, lightning is not a common occurrence during an earthquake. America has artificially created this to punish Turkey. But why punishment? because Turkey refused to follow the path shown by the West. Such allegations are being made by social media users.

It is an American project located at the observatory in Alaska that studies the upper atmosphere (Ionosphere) with the help of a radio transmitter. In 2022, several major projects on weather were launched, but it was never said that they had the potential to cause earthquakes. In the past, the HAARP was also viewed with suspicion in relation to natural disasters. The research institute was blamed for earthquakes, tsunamis, and landslides in many countries.

It has often been said that many countries will attack other countries by controlling the weather. The attack will not be with weapons or atomic bombs but will happen naturally. A country can control the rains and cause droughts or floods in an enemy country. It has been said many times that it can bring about an earthquake or tsunami.

It is like sending dangerous viruses or bacteria to an enemy country. There have often been controversies over who started the weather control efforts first. Russia blames America, and America blames Russia. Most countries put their finger on the United States. In August 1953, this country established the Presidential Advisory Committee on Climate Control. The committee wanted to understand how climate change could be done in the interest of the country. There was an open discussion about this in the fifties. Small and large experiments were also conducted to show how dust storms can be brought about in clean weather or how snow melts and floods can occur.

There were allegations that the US had used cloud seeding to increase the monsoon during the Vietnam War. This disrupted the supply chain of the Vietnamese army, as heavy rains swamped the land. But there is no evidence of whether this is an American tactic or a natural disaster.

The UN had long ago warned that countries could use climate change technology against each other. In October 1987, the UN drafted ENMOD. According to the draft, no country may cause harm to another country through the weather. However, how seriously we took this warning is a matter of debate.
