Prices of mobile phones and TV sets made in India are on the decline as Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a cut in Basic Customs Duty (BCD) on imports of their components.

After this budget, the pocket of cigarette lovers is going to be loose because the government has increased the income tax. Fully imported cars including electric vehicles and vehicles assembled in India with the help of imported components will become more expensive as the Finance Minister.

Imported items that are likely to be expensive: -Cigarettes -Kitchen Key Chimneys -Imported bicycles and toys -Fully imported cars and electric vehicles -Fake jewelery -Compound rubber -Unrefined silver (silver door).

After the cut in naphtha customs duty, some products will become cheaper, which are: -Domestically manufactured TV sets -Shrimp feed -Fish oil used in the manufacture of aquatic feed.
