Last week, Former India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni's parents have tested positive for Covid-19. Now as per latest report, Dhoni's parents have tested negative for the virus. Dhoni’s father Pan Singh and mother, Devki Singh were being treated at Pulse Super Specialty Hospital in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Dhoni is currently leading Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL). Stephen Fleming, the head coach of CSK, talked about Dhoni after yesterday's tie and said that support has been set up for the captain and his family.

Fleming also said that the situation is under control. "From a management point of view, we're well aware of his family's situation, and the support has been set up for MS and his family. Talking with MS, the situation is under control for now but we will monitor that over the next few days," he said. In normal circumstances, Dhoni could have left the camp and rejoined the team. But in the present circumstances, it's a logistical challenge to rejoin the team's bubble after leaving it once. Like IPL 2020, Sakshi isn't travelling with the team this season. Chennai Super Kings are currently second in the table with four points in their kitty. CSK comprehensively won their last game against RCB with Jadeja single handedly turning the game with bat and ball.
