COVID-19: CM Thackeray warns citizens to follow rules otherwise lockdown will be imposed in state

As the number of coronavirus cases in Maharashtra is increasing in large numbers, it is important that people should be careful and follow the rules.

Otherwise, lockdown will have to be imposed again, warned Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. Chief Minister Thackeray had visited Molgi and Dhadgaon on Friday to inspect the vaccination drive.

Initially, he inspected the vaccination at Molgi Rural Hospital. Interacted with the citizens there. After that he inspected the rural hospital at Dhadgaon and held a review meeting of the officials there.

During the meeting Tribal Development Minister Adv. K. C. Padvi, Agriculture Minister Dada Bhuse, Chief Secretary of the State Sitaram Kunte, Principal Secretary of Health Department Pradeep Vyas, Divisional Commissioner Radhakrishna Game were present. Thackeray said health facilities are available in urban areas. However, efforts should be made to provide better facilities in rural, remote areas.
