Maharashtra: 64 police personnel found COVID-19 positive in state

The number of Coronavirus cases are increasing in Maharashtra. It is one of the worst hit state by COVID-19. 

Atleast a 64 police personnel in the state have contracted the disease. Of the 64, 12 are officers and 52 constables. The most shocking part of the news is that 34 police personnel are from Mumbai alone.

Mumbai currently has the highest number of coronavirus patients. 

The Coronavirus report of a woman Assistant sub-inspector of police posted at Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray 's 'Varsha' bungalow at Malabar Hills has tested positive for COVID-19. After she tested positive six other police personnel posted at the bungalow were asked to quarantine themselves.
