The whole world is currently battling COVID-19 pandemic. India has reported more than 20,000 coronavirus cases. The whole country is under lockdown to prevent the spread of the deadly virus.

While everyone is under lockdown and safe in their houses. Healthcare workers at the forefront of the war against COVID-19 are facing a tough time handling patients but are also managing to keep their emotional stress away.

In India many healthcare workers were attacked in many parts of the countries which is a very scary for them. These workers are under continuous fear as they are closely in contact and treating COVID-19 patients.

"I haven't touched my baby since the last one month. Yesterday was my wife's birthday, but I could not participate in the celebration since I am confined to a separate room in the house," said a doctor.

There are workers who are actually feeling exhausted and have no patience left.

The number of cases are increasing and it's been over a month that the country is under lockdown, but still the curve hasn't been flattened yet.

Some workers said that constantly wearing the personal protection equipment (PPE) and masks sometime makes them feel suffoccated.

Many healthcare workers have not seen their families since weeks, some have missed their kids birthday. The fear of losing life continues to haunt these workers.
