Mumbai Police: 10 Tablighi Markaz attendees resided at flat of first Dharavi COVID-19 positive case

Mumbai police on Tuesday confirmed that 10 people who resided in Dharavi for few days after returning from Nizamuddin Markaz, Delhi have been identified & traced. They resided in the flat of the first Dharavi positive case of Coronavirus on 1st April. They were from Kerala and had left for it from here. 

Mumbai police also added that only Kerala authorities can confirm if these people are Coronavirus positive or not.

On 1st April one positive case of novel coronavirus was reported from Dharavi in Mumbai. The infected patient, a 56 year-old man from Shahu Nagar in Dharavi, which is a densely populated area and known as the largest slum area in Asia, passed away at Sion Hospital where he was admitted.
