Many have farmland in the name of the husband and in the name of the wife. Sometimes the wife gets it from her father's home. There are some rules of PM Kisan Sanman Yojana. According to this, if a person from a family is the beneficiary of PM Kisan Yojana, then the scheme will apply to him only.

If another person from the same family applies, it will be considered forged. Also, only one application will be accepted. In addition, if a farmer pays income tax, he too will not be eligible for the scheme. Even couples who pay income tax will not be able to avail themselves of the benefits of this scheme.

Farmers who do not use their land for farming or do not farm at all are also ineligible for the scheme. People who do not own their own farms or who work in other people's farms as laborers or on hire are also disqualified.

Also, if a person is a farmer, he also farms but if he is a government employee or retired or a former MP, MLA, Minister, he is also not eligible for PM Kisan Yojana.
