He previously took home the same award in 2011, 2015 and 2018. He had until now shared the three-win record with Art Carney, Don Knotts and Aaron Paul.He won in Supporting Actor in a Drama Series category. He was pitted against Alfie Allen ("Game of Thrones"), Jonathan Banks ("Better Call Saul"), Nikolaj Coster-Waldeau ("Game of Thrones"), Giancarlo Esposito ("Better Call Saul"), Michael Kelly ("House of Cards") and Chris Sullivan ("This Is Us")."Thank you.
