Phoenix Mall of Asia since it opened earlier this October has been a must-visit mall for Bengalureans. The festivities begin on December 25th and last until January 6th.Christmas holds immense significance as a joyous celebration worldwide, symbolizing love, peace, and togetherness. It commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ, promoting goodwill and kindness. The turning point in establishing December 25 as Jesus' birth date is credited to Sextus Julius Africanus in AD 221. While the New Testament provides no direct mentions of this date, December 25 gradually gained acceptance among the people and eventually became universally acknowledged. Another explanation of the origins of this date connects December 25 to the pagan festival "dies solis invicti nati" or the "day of the birth of the unconquered sun."
