Marcelo Luis Ebrard Casaubón is a Mexican politician who was affiliated with the Party of the Democratic Revolution until 2015. On 1st December 2018 he was appointed Foreign Secretary by Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador. He has previously served as president of the United Nations Global Network on Safer Cities.
