Lokmat News NetworkInternational Day of Yoga was celebrated by the teachers at Chaitanya Valley International School, Karmad with great enthusiasm. G N Kandarkar from Patanjali Yog Samiti conducted a session demonstrating various asanas followed by Omkar chanting. Warm up exercises were taken and everybody performed sitting and standing asanas. Their importance was explained simultaneously. The celebration concluded with synchronized recitation ofshlokas. The principal and management thanked the guest and encouraged all to practice yoga regularly to remain fit and improve concentration. The chief guest emphasized that regular practice of yoga will surely help our students achieve a better life, physically, mentally and spiritually as well.
