Therefore, Zilla Parishad chief executive officer Dr Mangesh Gondawale has appointed liaison officers in nine tehsils for proper coordination of corona prevention measures in tehsils. Additional CEO Santosh Kavade said that the officials would visit the designated tehsils on Sunday to take stock of the situation.The officials will be responsible for tracking people in contact with the covid positive patient, take swabs for the test. Arrange an ambulance to take the patient to the hospital, visit the marriage halls, coaching classes, all the schools, colleges, hotels, places of worship, parks from time to time and issuing notices to those violating the restrictions. Inspect vegetable markets, shops at regular intervals. Hold a meeting with doctors from the private hospital and coordinate with local authorities to diagnose people with symptoms. Ensure proper arrangements in covid centres, hospital and check equipment. Keep an eye on the supply of meals, electricity and water regularly. Attention should be paid to the availability of necessary medicines and safety equipment.
